薏苡仁提取物

来源：禾本科植物薏苡Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman.)Stapf的干燥成熟种仁经提取分离纯化制成的提取物。
营养成分：
薏仁含有人体所必需的8种氨基酸，并且比例非常接近人体的需要。经测定，每100g薏苡仁中约含有蛋白质9.4g、脂肪 2.7g、碳水化合物66.5g、VB10.33g、VB20.13g、烟酸 7.9mg、维生素E 0.22mg，膳食纤维 4.9g。薏仁还含有磷、铁、钙、锌、钾等矿质元素。
薏苡仁中含油脂类物质7.2%，其主要组成成分是薏苡仁酯、薏苡内酯、甾体化合物、豆甾醇、谷甾醇硬脂酸等，其中多种不饱和脂肪酸的含量为85%，油酸、亚油酸含量分别占脂肪酸总量的51.6%和32.2%。
